Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Daili, a service for managing daily expectations, execution, blockers, coaching, and accountability. By using Daili, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with your organization’s authorized policies.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for information you submit through Daili. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or discriminatory decision-making.
Execution and management information
Daili may present assignments, reminders, completion records, blockers, coaching information, and management recommendations. Daili is not a substitute for an organization’s independent judgment, legal obligations, or employment policies.
Daili SMS Reminder Program
Program name: Daili Text Reminders.
Program description: Optional operational SMS reminders about assigned work that is approaching its deadline or is due. These messages are not promotional or marketing messages.
Consent: Text reminders are optional and off by default. Users opt in by entering a mobile number and actively enabling Text Reminders in their authenticated Daili Notification Preferences. Consent to SMS is not required to use Daili.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on assigned work and deadlines and is generally limited to up to two automated reminder messages per assigned item as its deadline approaches.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from Daili text reminders. You may also disable Text Reminders inside Daili.
Help: Reply HELP for help or email anash@usedaili.com.
Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See the Daili Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Availability
We work to keep Daili available and accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or changed. Features may evolve as Daili is developed and tested.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Daili evolves or as legal and operational requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by an updated effective date.
