Daili is a people-management and execution-management service that helps organizations clarify expectations, manage daily execution, surface blockers, and support coaching and accountability.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Daili, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, organization, role, mobile number, notification preferences, assigned work, completion status, blocker reports, evidence you submit, coaching records, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide Daili, authenticate users, deliver assigned-work reminders, support execution workflows, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, and improve usability. We do not use mobile messaging consent as a performance score.
SMS and mobile information
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you opt in to Daili text reminders, message frequency varies with your assigned work and deadlines and is generally limited to up to two automated reminder messages per assigned item as its deadline approaches. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Daili text message or by disabling Text Reminders in Daili. Reply HELP for help.
Service providers
We may use service providers to operate Daili, including infrastructure, authentication, email, and messaging providers. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and are not authorized by Daili to use mobile opt-in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet operational and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information.
Your choices
You can change notification preferences inside Daili. Where applicable, you may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
